
The most important thing I learned last week from Eckhart Tolle was when you feel your mind started to get too congested with noise, don't try to rationalize with this noise but just start to listen to your breathing. It immediately takes your mind off that stupid noise and calms you immediately. All of a sudden you realize you are focusing on the 'moment' you are in and step out of yourself for awhile...it's such a nice break to do that. How simple!!
